Carlsberg Brewery, Copenhagen

Our last day in Copenhagen was just as cold as our first. We went to the Carlsberg Brewery and learned all about how beer is made! Just what a Uni student dreams about.
One of the Carlsberg corporate buildings.

This tour would have been a lot more enjoyable had it been done inside a heated building.

This is in the Sculpture Garden.
Outside the Old Carlsberg Brewhouse.

Old Carlsberg Brewhouse.
See those two figures in that second left window?
There they are: Carlsberg and his wife statues.
This too is the Mr. and Mrs. mural.
This is where the magic happens.

So, the day before we were looking for danishes. Not the people, the pastries. Low and behold I found cupcakes. This was a good one. Denmark can do cupcakes.
After our tour, we went to the Jacobson Brewhouse and Bar where everyone but me got free beer.
Exploring the grounds.
I was too short for this photo op cut out, but I sure did try.
We also walked through the stables and said  hello to the horses.
After our tour, we head out to see The Little Mermaid statue. It was already frigid out and then we began to walk towards the ocean and it became almost unbearable. At one point I thought "This is the worst idea, ever."
There she is.
It was a drive-by photo shoot. We got in, we took pictures, we quickly walked away.
Back at the brewhouse.
That is a strawberry beanie on my head, in case you are wondering.
