While in Warsaw, we found a Hard Rock Cafe to have lunch at. It was the first restaurant that gave us free refills on our drinks. Later that I night, I ended up getting sick. I don't know exactly what made me sick, but since this was on the menu for the day, I'm not ruling it out as a possibility. Don't worry, my sickness was short lived, although, at the time, I thought it would be my demise.
